Meal Plan 10/11-10/18
I'm basing my menus on 7 days right now (I want to stay in the habit of going to the farmer's market each week).Lunches are generally packed for 2-3 of the family, and the rest of us eat leftovers, sandwiches, and I usually make one dish that's my lunch meal for the week. This week it's beans,tomatoes, quinoa, and broccoli rabe with lots of spices. I won't put specific days on the meals because sometimes life gets in the way of good intentions.
- brinner (breakfast for dinner)
- the best flank steak ever (it is!) and frugal fries, veggies on the side
- chicken "nuggets", green beans, and salad
- soup and grilled cheese sandwiches (alternative for the picky PB&J)
- chicken breasts, broccoli, salad
- homemade pizza (I'll have leftovers)
- pasta (for a night we need a quick meal)
