Today was no exercise again, and no outside time despite gorgeous weather. I woke up feeling icky, but felt better as the day went on.
I think I have 3 of 4 sick again though. The little dude seemed fine for 2 days, and crashed with a terrible fever this afternoon.
I have to make a no exceptions time to workout or it won't happen. Starting this weekend, unless I get sick again. Saturday morning workouts would be good for me. :)Food today was ok:
Breakfast (way too late in the morning): 3 eggs and sundried tomatoes
Lunch: bowl of chips with sour cream dip, apple (not pictured)
Snack: vanilla yogurt (not pictured)
Dinner: wild caught Alaskan salmon, salad, green beans (not pictured)
Dessert: latte and 2 pieces chocolate (what? this is why we shouldn't buy Halloween candy ahead of time!)
